Tube Operated Roller Shutter Door
Steel shutter for commercial applications. 77mm curved steel slats with galvanised finish as standard, optional plastisol or powder coated finishes are available on request.
Suitable for internal, external or reveal fit. A maximum size of 29m2 applies to tubular motor shutters, Direct Drive Roller Shutters can be offered for larger openings.
Motor Details
Electrically operated rolling shutter is operated via a 240V single phase tubular motor drive system. Emergency operation is via a manual hand crank fitted as standard.
Curtain
75 mm curved galvanized steel interlocking laths with hard wearing nylon or steel end locks. The curtain is finished with an inverted ‘T’ section galvanized bottom rail.
Side Guides
65 mm x 32 mm x 2.5 mm straight galvanized channel sections. Formed end plates are attached to the top of the guide angles.
Barrel
Constructed from high quality mild steel tube with an integral motor with supporting shafts.
Controls
Wall mounted key switch or rocker switch.
